[free-software-melb] FSM submission to the Open Gov Partnership

Hi all, The OGP are having a "Workshop event" this Friday, so we'll want to send off a submission in support of some of the measures late tonight to get it to them before the event in the morning I've put up an etherpad with some basic info/structure https://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/FSM_Submission_to_OGP We'll hammer it into shape at the working group tonight, but if anyone wants to get ahead or chip in remotely please be our guest :D ~~ Ben M.
