We had some useful discussion on diversity at Software Freedom Day this year, so would be great to expand upon this. I'm sure our members attending AdaCamp and linux.conf.au will have plenty of ideas flowing.
Please please please let's get several women to come with their viewpoints and opinions on this. It would be a shame to default to the men who love to hear themselves speak (including myself).
